Handpicked from our single estate vineyard in Portugal's Vinho Verde region. Naturally just 9.5% — lower in alcohol and calories. Light by nature.

The Grapes

Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto are indigenous grapes sourced from the best plots in the southern sub-region of Sousa, exuding the uniqueness of the terroir and abundant Atlantic influence. Our grapes are handpicked early in the morning, in 20kg boxes, and received at the winery within 10 minutes where they begin their journey from de-stemming and pressing to fermentation in stainless steel tanks. From de-stemming to stainless steel, Joana's team treats every batch like the labor of love it is.
Tasting Notes

Green apple and pink grapefruit, a touch of blossom, a fine frizzante lift. Lively, fresh, and finished before you meant it to be.
Food Pairing

Perfect on its own. Even better with good company.

Summer salads, seafood, goat's cheese, burrata, charcuterie and olives — or keep it casual with sushi, tacos, pizza and sandwiches. A particularly brilliant match with spicy Mexican and Asian cuisine.

This is dry, spritzy, and just damn good at a cracking 9.5% of alcohol... The back label says "made for your blue sky day" and for once, I actually find myself not sneering at the marketing...at a wedding, or on a hot summer's day at a pub, or if I was driving and someone plonked a plate of oysters or ceviche in front of me...or if I felt like something to crack me awake after a long, dreary day...a glass of this would be like sucking on spiky lemon ice - like a cold shower. Now where are those oysters."
