Are Fria Frio wines gluten free?
Yes, all Fria Frio wines are gluten-free. Grapes themselves are gluten-free and in our winemaking process, there is no introduction of gluten.
Are Fria Frio wines vegan?
Yes, no animal parts such as egg whites, fish bladders or casein (often used in winemaking) are used in the making of our wines.
Is Fria Frio organic?
No, we are not certified organic although we pride ourselves on low intervention and sustainable wine growing and wine making.
What allergens are in your product?
Potential allergens in wine, including Fria Frio, include grapes, yeast, histamine, sulfites and ethanol. There are no animal products (fining agents, which are added during production and can include proteins derived from milk, eggs, and fish) in Fria Frio wines.

What states do you currently ship to on your website?
We ship to all states in the continental US, except for AL, AR, KT, MI, MS, SC, SD, TN & UT.

The fulfillment time in the warehouse from the order being created in the system to leave the warehouse is 1-3 business days.
The time to ship after the fulfillment time is
1) Northeast: 2-4 business days
2) Southeast: 4-7 business days
3) West: 6-9 business days
4) *In very specific cases it can take up to 14 business daysHow much does shipping cost?
Purchases of $150 or more receive free shipping. There is a flat shipping rate of $17.00 on all other orders. Minimum order to ship is 4 bottles.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number once it has been fulfilled. If you have not received the email yet, please check your promotions, junk, and spam folders before reaching out as the email sometimes ends up there.
Do I need to be home to receive my package?
Someone 21+ with a photo id must be present at the time of delivery to sign. If someone 21+ is not home, the carrier will make 2 more attempts to deliver. If the 3rd attempt is unsuccessful, the order is returned to the retailer who fulfilled your order.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Orders cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box, because all orders require an Adult Signature.
Can I add or remove a product from my order?
Unfortunately, not at the moment.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Once you place an order on our website, it automatically gets processed and sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, therefore we unfortunately cannot cancel orders.
Can I get a refund on my order?
All orders are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, if you receive your order and it has been damaged during shipment, the goods you received do not match your order, or there is anything missing from your order, email us at orders@friafrio.com within 3 days of receiving the shipment with a description and photos of the damages or incorrect items. We will replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you enter an incorrect delivery address in connection with your order, or otherwise fail to sign for your order upon delivery, email us at orders@friafrio.com. If your order is returned to the sender, you will be able to receive a refund for the cost of your item, minus any applicable shipping costs and a $20 restocking fee.
My product arrived damaged, can I return it?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns. If you receive your order and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at orders@friafrio.com within 3 days of receiving the shipment with a description of the damages and please include photos of the exterior and interior of the shipping box, if possible. This will help us file a damage claim with the carrier. We will replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.
Once the evidence of the damaged or incorrect goods is received and inspected or an undeliverable item is returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
How old do you have to be to place an order?
As per the Federal Uniform Drinking Age Act (1984), the minimum legal age to purchase alcohol is 21.
Can I return my product?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, not at the moment.
